Need a room or space for your meetings? Events?
Hillsborough Township Public Schools
To reserve a room in one of our schools, use this form for room reservations 10/1/23 through 9/30/24. Contact Cheryl Shuleski at cshuleski@htps.us or 908-431-6600, ext 2397 with any questions and to check room availability. NOTE: as of now, we are now able to reserve school classrooms for troop meetings.
Municipal Building
Municipal Room Form - WARNING: you may be bumped from your room if a Township event needs the space so make sure you have a backup plan. Check the calendar in the Municipal Building or contact rooms@hillsborough-nj.org to check availability / confirm your room reservation.
Township Park Pavilions
Reservation form: There is a Pavilion available to rent at Ann Van Middlesworth and Docherty parks. Reservations are required with Hillsborough Township Parks & Recreation but the fee is waived for Girl Scouts. If you do not reserve the Pavilion area, you can use the "first come, first served" areas of the parks.
Meeting at a Leader's Home?
This is no longer permitted per GSHNJ policy. If there is an exception being requested, it has to be submitted and reviewed by GSHNJ.
