A Silver Award is the highest award a Cadette Girl Scout can earn, the project involves identifying a problem in the community and providing some strategies to find a solution. The project requires a minimum of 50 hours by each girl to successfully complete it.

This matter is important to us because living in a generation where social media is all around us it is required to know how to use online communities, the right way. This website is written by teens and we are very knowledgeable about the use of the internet. We are here to help you! Whether you are a young tween now including this major change in your life or a curious parent ready to acquire knowledge on how to keep your child safe, this site will help. Incorporating parents in this process of learning about both the positives and negatives of social media is important for kids as well. We want to educate these guardians on how to use these sources safely but still incorporate some freedom for they’re youngsters.
