SERVICE Reminders:  Adult volunteers may be required for events.  Girl Scouts should be wearing vest/sash/smock when volunteering in public.

Ongoing

• Bingo/Crafts at Avalon (J/C/S/A) - Avalon is looking for a few girls to help with their activity nights several times a month through the summer! Sign up here.

June

• Hillsborough Fireworks Volunteers (C/S/A) June 29th 4pm-9pm - Looking for girl volunteers to assist with crafts at our Service Unit's station at the annual Hillsborough Family & Fireworks event. Sign up here.

Congratulations to our 20 graduating Girl Scouts and their leaders! 

We are proud to announce the recipients of six $500 scholarships from our SU72:  Jamie Cridge, Meghana Gandavabi, Alexa LaMotta, Kathleen O'Brien, Nyssa Patel, and Lilia Schell.  And a very special thanks to the Richmond Foundation for their very generous donation.  Check out this link from our website for their pictures and essays (will be posted shortly). 

July/August

• 60143 - Foam Party 2 - Everyone had so much fun in June, they are hosting another Foam Party, July 20, 1 PM.  Details in flyer.

National/Council Activities:  

• Here is the Council calendar of events including hikes, and other fun events

• Summer Outdoor Activity Challenge - Earn 100 points, complete the challenge!  Remember, it's while supplies last. 

• Family Ramblers Hiking Club:  a Council-run special interest group for Girl Scouts and their family members. Ramblers hike on their own as a family, exploring trails and swapping their adventures, resources, and trail reviews. Review the information here Questions?
